Our Oktoberfest menus are a tribute to Bavarian festival culture: generous, handcrafted, and full of beloved dishes that have been at home on the Theresienwiese for generations. From classic farmhouse specialties and tender Wiesn chicken to refined festive dishes, each menu combines regional ingredients, traditional recipes, and a true passion for culinary detail.

Gockerl-Menü
House-smoked cured ham, spicy sausages from our in-house butcher’s shop, Stiftl’s meat loaf, liver pâté, cooked salami, Bavarian vegetable terrine (vegan), vegan spread, radishes, butter, creamy Obatzda and Bavarian hard cheese, crackling lard, cherry tomatoes, cornichons, pretzels and crusty farmhouse bread
Per ordered person: 1 pretzel and 1 slice of crusty bread
Two styles of Wiesn chicken: one seasoned with pepper, the other with salt butter and flat-leaf parsley, both juicy and perfectly grilled. Served with chicken jus and warm potato–cucumber salad
